HK$100 delivery charge is required for any purchases less than HK$500
For any purchases over HK$500, we provide free delivery service to most areas in Hong Kong. However, extra fees will be charged for some outlying areas.
Due to calculation issue, the system may waived the $100 delivery charge even if the net value of your order is less than HK$500. Our customer service team will contact you for the HK$100 delivery fee when we received your order.

Due to COVID-19,
1. For buildings with confirmed cases of COVID-19 and high-risk areas, we will only deliver to the lobby. For buildings with cluster infection of COVID-19, delivery service is suspended until further notice.
2. Our staff will let you know the specific delivery arrangement for your address (if neccessary) when arranging the delivery date by phone or email.
3. For buildings with confirmed COVID-19 cases or high-risk areas, you would need to collect the goods outside the main entrance of the building, or you can also postponed your original delivery date for 14 days as an alternative.
4. To minimise the risk, we can deliver the order to you within 3 months from order date if you do not need the order urgently.

Delivery Schedule:
Hong Kong Island: Every Tuesday & Friday
Kowloon: Every Monday & Thursday
New Territories: Wednesday & Saturday
Delivery Time：10:00am – 5:00pm (extra fee will be charged for specified time)


Arrangements and extra charges for outlying areas:
- Tung Chung: HK$150
- Ma Wan: HK$150
- Discovery Bay: Delivery to Central Discovery Bay Pier only
- Outlying Islands (Lantau Island, Cheung Chau, etc.): No delivery service
- Hong Kong Island (PEAK ( LUGARD ROAD )): No delivery service

Remarks:
1. The above is not applicable for deliveries to Macau and the Mainland.
2. Surcharge will be needed for buildings without lift: Wooden furniture HK$50 per floor, Trio stroller set HK$100 per floor, other items HK$30 per floor
3. An additional HK$200 delivery charge for restricted areas and areas inaccessible for 5.5 tons truck. (e.g. Mid-Levels)
4. For special delivery arrangements at a specified time, there will be an additional HK$300 delivery charge. The delivery time must be from 11:00am – 5:30pm
5. For cribs and bathers, assembly will be arranged within 3 working days of delivery.
