Warranty and Maintenance


1. No cash refund.
2. Merchandise in unused condition may be exchanged within 7 days of purchase with receipt.
3. Any products found defective (except those casued by mishandling) within 7 days (counting from the date of receipt or from the day of delivery) may be returned to our selected retail outlets for replacement. The product returned shall be accompanied with the original packaging, purchase receipt and delivery note (if applicable).
4. Special-priced apparels, fashion accessories and shoes are not exchangeable.


1. To ensure product safety, repair service or spare part purchasing service will not be offered for merchandise without receipt issued from Chicco Hong Kong.
2. Merchandise without receipt issued from Chicco Hong Kong will be regarded as purchase over 1 year.

1. The guarantee only covers against manufactural defects. Presentation of purchase receipt is required with the defective merchandise.
2. Repair service will not be provided for defects caused by accidents, negligence or misuse.
3. Inspection fees will not be refunded.
4. Repair service is contingent on the feasibility of repair and the availability of required spare parts.
5. For items not retrieved within 60 days after the issuance of the Repair Note, Chicco reserves the right to dispose of the items as it sees fit, without further notification. Chicco will not be liable for any losses thus incurred.
6. These terms supersede any warranty stated in instruction manual.
